Holy Smokes! A favorite of ours! Got to order the chicken George. But everything I've had has been Wonderful Was back today. Pictures are from today January 13th, 2023. Revised menu. Kept the the classics and added some newbies.i liked everything I've had. Still love the atmosphere. Shout out to our server Corrie (sp?) He has waited on us a couple times and always great. I forgot my left overs and came back for them. Too late but Corrie made sure I had some to take home so not too late. Thank you! The staff works well together like a team helping each other and are always friendly and helpful. It says a lot about a place when the staff chooses to stay there for years and I guess that we come back for years too Oh the dishes in the pictures are the prime rib with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli fettuccine alfredo with "prime chicken" on top (the prime chicken was scrumptious) and sweet potato fries, and the mixed platter appetizer

Looks great The 6:00 on Thursday night walked right in is that right down very friendly people at the front and a very nice waitress. Apparently the chicken George is the thing to eat here so I'm having the combo steak and chicken George The dinner salad was excellent 8/10/2023 And on the way out to my car I just noticed they have a huge koi pond with a nice water feature and water fall and many large koi happily swimming around

Michelle our server was friendly and polite. Food was fantastic and was definitely just what I was looking for my daughter and I, we also got some Chicken George to go. Edit: June 20, 2025 Just got 2 New York Strips from here with mushrooms and they are by far amazingly delicious!!

What an amazing place! Food was warm and cooked through perfectly! The taste was amazing! I'm wiring this as I finish my meal. I couldn't wait to let everyone know how great this place is! Everyone is super friendly and the vibe is great!!

Come here often, food and service is always great! Went there for Mother's Day, place was extremely busy, yet service was still amazing, food was delicious and fast. Well done Candlelight!!

Good food! They are know for the Chicken George and the Jan sauce. We ordered the mix appetizer, it’s a mix of all the fried foods. It was so good! I order a salad and added got the Chicken George on top. It was delicious! My husband got the Porky George, it was ribs and the George Chicken his sides were macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes and brown gravy. We all left super full and satisfied. Staff was super friendly and took great care of us! (The ONLY thing slightly wrong was the macaroni and cheese was a bit dry.)

This was our first visit to the Rock Falls Location. Got right in. Very nice inside. Excellent food and service. I had Buffalo George and we split a combo appetizer. I also had a Modelo. Definitely go back.

For the record I've reviewed Candlelight before but I had to post a new review. I came in on Valentines Day which happens to be my daughter's birthday and everything went great, they had our reservation and table ready and our waiter was great. I have a 2 year old and he's a handful like they all are but the waiter went above and beyond . My son loves blueberries and he got him a nice amount and it kept him calm. With a big family sometimes wait staff can become impatient but he was amazing and patient. Our dining experience and my daughter's 18th birthday dinner was a success. Thank you!!!
